Privacy notice
How Jab AI handles data when you visit this website.

Data controller
Jennifer TIMANI operates Jab AI as an individual project founder and determines the purposes and means of the processing described here.
Jab AI is not yet operated by an incorporated company.
Purpose and legal basis
Audience measurement is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in securely administering and improving this website. It is not used to make decisions about individual visitors or combined with customer, prospect or advertising records.
Audience measurement with Plausible Community Edition
We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Community Edition solely to understand aggregate website use, detect navigation problems and improve content and ergonomics.
Plausible receives or derives the following information:
- Page hostname and path, plus ref, UTM and similar campaign parameters
- Referring website
- Browser, operating system, versions and screen/device category
- Approximate country, region and city inferred from the IP address
- Pageviews, sessions, engagement time and maximum scroll depth
- The major website sections reached
- A visitor identifier limited to this website and one day
The IP address and full User-Agent are processed when an event is received to derive approximate location, device information and the daily identifier. They are not stored in raw form. The daily salt is rotated and deleted every 24 hours.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, session replay, heatmaps, keystroke capture, form capture or individual advertising profiles.
Demo booking with Google Calendar
The booking page uses Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. To arrange the call, Google and Jab AI process the time you select, your first and last name, email address and any information you enter in the booking form.
Google Calendar loads as soon as the booking page opens. Google therefore receives technical request data such as your IP address, browser information and referrer, and may use cookies or similar technologies for its service.
We process the booking to take steps at your request before a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. When you contact us on behalf of an organisation, the basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in responding to business enquiries and organising the requested demonstration.
Booking data is accessible to Jennifer TIMANI and to Google as the scheduling-service provider. Google may process data through its global infrastructure; its published privacy terms describe the applicable international-transfer safeguards.
Jab AI deletes booking details from its active calendar no later than 12 months after the scheduled meeting, unless they are still needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation. Google may retain service and security records under its own documented retention rules.

The website and its self-hosted audience-measurement service are hosted in the European Union by an infrastructure provider acting as a processor. Analytics are accessible only to Jennifer TIMANI and, where technically necessary, authorised personnel and subprocessors of the hosting provider.
Primary processing takes place in the European Economic Area. Any processing outside it must be protected by safeguards recognised under the GDPR. Further information about these safeguards is available on request. No visitor analytics are sent to Plausible's hosted service.
Retention
Plausible event and session data are automatically deleted after six months.
Routine web access logging is disabled. Limited operational or security error logs may be retained for up to 30 days.
Cookies and local preferences
Plausible uses no cookies, browser cache or persistent analytics identifier. Language, theme and the audience-measurement opt-out are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Because Plausible does not retain your raw IP address or a persistent identifier, we may be unable to identify analytics records relating to you. This does not affect your ability to object to future measurement below.
Contact: contact@jab-ai.io or +33 7 49 74 01 25.
